Apple Pie
A traditional favorite, particularly with the crumb topping.
- Preheat oven to 425-450° F.
- Make a pie crust. (See Pie Shell, Butter.)
- In a large bowl, combine:

peeled and thinly sliced Granny Smith apples (6 small to medium-sized apples) |

orange juice |
- Spoon the filling into the pie crust.
- Top with either Pie Shell Topping or Crumb Topping.
